Essential Functions:

·   Call on prospective customers to introduce Adecco’s products and services with the goal of developing prospects into clients.

 

·   Increase sales of services by becoming aware of customers’ requirements.  Recommend resolution of potential and actual staffing problems.  May modify Adecco’s current services to meet customers’ special needs.

 

·   Coordinate sales negotiations with Branch or Area Management.

 

·   Coordinate schedule to call clients’ that correspond with the clients’ calendar.

 

·   Forecast anticipated sales for Branch and Area management planning.

 

·   Work with Adecco personnel and clients to resolve billing and service issues.

 

·   Tour client facilities regularly to gain an understanding of business activities and personnel requirements of the client.

 

·   Maintain records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Adecco office technology.

 

·   Assist in the development and maintenance of Adecco name awareness through the advertising and public relations activities, such as; direct mail and promotional programs job fairs and as a member of civic organizations.

 

·   Provide first line support and backup in office supervisor’s absence.

 

Secondary Functions:

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

·   Bachelor’s Degree in a business related discipline.

 

·   Minimum of two years outside sales experience or the equivalent generally required.

 

·   General knowledge of marketing/sales techniques and effective organizational and oral/written communication skills also required.

 

 

 

 

Key to This Role:

· Understanding of web marketing strategy, web design and web technology.
· Ideally, familiarity with B2B, Technology and Healthcare sectors.
· Proficient in “current” sales/networking tactics (i.e. LinkedIn, etc.).
· A knowledge junkie. The selected candidate will possess a desire to perpetually research and understand web marketing trends and strategies.
· Superior communication and presentation skills.
· Proven track record driving sales and business development.
· Skilled at articulating value proposition and ROI to marketing professionals and senior executives at target companies.
· Account management expertise to generate ongoing revenues from client base.
· Unwavering willingness to generate leads to supplement leads provided via marketing campaigns.
· Self-starter, “go-getter” attitude, willing to put in extra hours and attend before-hours and afterhours networking events.
· Attention to detail and on board with “closed loop marketing” (i.e. diligent when it comes to entering all sales data into CRM system).

Additional Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field; 5+ years demonstrated success in B-to-B Sales/ Business Development.
• Strong Marketing background and fair technology background, ability to understand and articulate our products, services concepts, problems, opportunities and ROI.
• Proven track record for consistently exceeding performance goals (leads, revenues, quotas, etc.).
• Consultative sales skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills including presentation skills required.
